Order Handling

Most confirmed orders are prepared for shipment within five business days.

After the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery usually requires 10–20 business days, depending on the country of destination and shipping provider.

Estimated delivery may be affected by:

• Severe weather or logistical interruptions

Updating Shipping Address

Requests to update the delivery address must be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.

Afterward, changes may not be possible once the order is processed. Contact customer service immediately.

Separate Billing and Shipping

Customers may use a shipping address different from the billing address.

Fulfillment Schedule

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Weekend orders are typically processed the next business day.
