FAQ – Orders & Customer Assistance
Placing Your Order
Add desired items to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout via standard checkout or PayPal.
Enter your name, email address, and shipping details.
Provide a promotion code in the Discount field if applicable.
Confirm delivery address → provide payment info → click Complete Order.
Confirmation will appear on-site and be sent by email. Support: service@clyvorra.com
Reporting Missing or Wrong Items
Contact support with:
- Order number
- Image under 1MB showing the issue clearly
Once verified, replacements will be shipped at no cost. Email: service@clyvorra.com
Order Verification
Check your email for order confirmation and number. Check your junk folder if missing.
Editing Orders
Requests to change orders can be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day. After that, processing may prevent modifications. Contact: service@clyvorra.com
Cart Functions
Add items: Choose product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the cart icon
Update quantity: Edit Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

Latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE are recommended.
Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
Using PayPal
Select PayPal → log in → approve payment → return to confirmation.
Promo Codes
Enter code → Apply → discount appears in order summary.
Returns & Exchanges

Cancelling Orders
