Return Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel orders prior to shipment or the start of production.
If a cancellation request is approved before the order leaves our facility, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused and in the original condition.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Please contact support before returning any product. Return instructions must be received and followed.
Customers will only be responsible for a single shipping cost, including the original and return shipping when applicable.
No restocking fee will be applied.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a confirmation email will notify you that the return has been processed.
You will also be informed if the refund has been approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, usually within several business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Review your bank account.
- Contact your credit card issuer; processing may take a few days.
- Contact your bank; times vary by institution.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be sent after approval.
Customer-initiated returns for personal reasons may require the customer to pay shipping.
Returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items will have shipping costs covered.
